The Drivers for This Device Are Not Installed (Code 28)
When you find your USB device or audio device shows as interrogation mark in unknown device list, and in the general tab, the device status shows as “The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)”, the USB device cannot be used properly.
This is a normal driver error in device manager. The Code 28 error is occurred when the driver is incompatible or interrupts.

1. Press Win + R, and type devmgmt.msc to open device manager.
