How to make Bootable USB Drive for Windows 10
When you need to install your system by using the USB drive, you need to make the USB as bootable at first. A normal USB flash drive can only be detected as an external storage. You can use it to transfer files from and to the computer. So writing the system file to the USB drive is the first thing you need to do. After you write the ISO file to the Drive, it can be used as a DVD system disk, after you set the USB flash drive as the bootable device, you can start installing the system.
In order to make bootable USB Drive, you need to prepare two things: Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool + Windows 10 ISO file.
For the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, you can download it from here: https://wudt.codeplex.com/. This tool allows you to make a copy of Windows 10/8/7/XP ISO file on a USB flash drive or burn ISO file to a DVD Disk.

Step 1: Install the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool.
Double click the application(exe) file and follow the installation guideline to install Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to your computer, and then you will see the shortcut icon on your desktop.
Step 2: Run Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool.
Step 3: Choose the Windows 10 ISO file as the source file.
Click the "Browse" button, and find the Windows 10 ISO file in your internal hard drive, in this image, the Windows 10 ISO file is in F Disk, and click then click "Next".
Step 4: Choose USB Device as the Media Type.
This step reminds you to choose the right media as the bootable device, here we choose USB Device to copy the Windows 10 ISO files to USB Drive. And the Start Over button will return to the step 1.
Step 5: Choose the right USB Drive as the boot device and click "Begin Copying".
Choose the right USB flash drive from the drop-down box. Here we choose the insert KingstonDataTraveler 3.0PMAP as the bootable device. Make sure the computer is enabling USB drive.
After you click the "Begin copying", it pops up a window:
Click the "Erase USB Device". So if you have import files in the KingstonDataTraveler 3.0PMAP USB Flash Drive, you need to backup it at first.
Click "Yes" button to agree to erase all of the contents from the selected USB Drive.
Tips: If you forgot inset the USB drive to the computer, or your USB drive has problem, it will not be shown, and you will see like this:
Try to insert it to another USB port or change another USB drive and then click the Refresh icon. And your USB Drive need to be larger than 4GB. Because Copying the ISO files to USB Drive need it more than 4GB space.

Step 6: Make bootable USB device.
It starts creating the bootable USB system drive after clicking the "Yes" button. The process is using Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool through a special way to copy ISO files to USB Drive.
The 22% is process status. And all this process will takes several minutes.
After the status shows 100%, click "Start over" button.
