Fixed Code 39 Error for Network Adapter in Windows 10
In device manager, you find the Wireless LAN card in the Network adapter is yellow exclamation. And in device properties General tab, it shows the Code 39 Error: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. You cannot access the Internet with the wireless card. So solve the network adapter 39 code error is necessary.
From the error status, what we can see is the driver corrupted or missing caused the error, so trying to fix the driver issue will solve this problem.
Step 1: Enter device manager.
Type device manager in search box and choose Device Manager Control Panel in the result.
Step 2: Expand the Network adapters’ tree.
Here you will see the Ethernet network and wireless network devices list.
Step 3: Right click 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card and choose Uninstall to remove this device and its driver.
After you remove this device, the devices list will refresh, and you will find this device disappeared. It means that you have already deleted it.
Step 4: Reinstall Wireless Driver.
Click Scan for hardware changes in the toolbar or click Action > Scan for hardware changes. Windows will automatically help reinstall the drivers for your USB wireless driver.
Step 5: Check Network Adapter.
Expand the Network adapters again, see if the 802.11n USB wireless LAN Card drivers is installed correctly. If the Windows cannot find the suitable driver, it will remain as the yellow exclamation. So you can follow the step 6 to fix it.
Step 6: Download Driver Doctor.
Click the Scan Now button in the center. It will help scan all the hardware devices drivers. Then it shows how many drivers are the latest, how many drivers are outdated and how many are missing or error.
Also, the 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card driver will be detected, and it will recommend the suitable drivers for your system.
You can click Get Drivers > Download All to download these drivers. All drivers will be automatically downloaded by Driver Doctor. After download it, you can update it.
So if there are other devices such as keyboard, mouse, imaging devices and audio devices had 39 code error, you can also try to uninstall and reinstall to solve it.
