Fix BSOD Error: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED in Windows 10, 8, 7
When you reboot your computer, the screen is blue. Windows remind the error information as SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (nvlddmkm.sys). And sometimes, the .sys file maybe replaced with atikmdag.sys.
From the error information we can see this BSOD error is related to the graphic driver. The nvlddmkm.sys means the NVIDIA card and the atikmdag.sys means the ATI card.

When this BSOD error occurred, windows will restart in 60 seconds. If you can enter the system normally, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the graphic card in the normal mode. If you cannot enter system normal, try to reboot to safe mode in windows 10 to solve it.
For update the graphic driver, there are two ways you can do it.
You can open the device manager, and expand the Display adapter, choose the graphic card here is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti.
If your error is atikmdag.sys, here will show an ATI card. Right-click it and choose Update Driver Software to update the graphic driver.
But the device manager maybe had some limitation. Sometimes, it will not help to update the graphic driver for you.
So you can use Driver Doctor to download and update NVIDIA driver or ATI driver automatically. And this way can solve the BSOD nvlddmkm.sys and BSOD atikmdag.sys perfect.
After you download it, follow the installation guide to install it. Then double click the icon on the desktop to run this software.
After that, you can do the next two steps: Scan Now > Get Drivers.
And you will find there is a NVIDIA Graphic card driver need to update.
Click Download to download the graphic driver or Download All to download all device drivers. After that, click Install button to install the update version of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti driver.
If you cannot enter the system, you need to reboot windows 10 in safe mode. And solve the SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error in safe mode.
When you choose enter the safe mode, you need choose 5) Enable safe mode with networking.
In safe mode, you can use Driver Doctor to help you do this. After you download it, use the same way you can solve this problem.
Also, you can open device manager, uninstall and reinstall the driver software. Of course, you can completely uninstall graphic driver and then install the downloaded graphic driver manually.
